This one's perfect. Lots of helpful "smart" settings, which are clearly explained in the manual. Yes, you have to download the manual.

Microwave replacement

When I went to pick it up the gentleman that took care of me did an excellent job. Very good customer service. Now, the microwave......I bought the exact same one 18 months ago. It shorted out and of course the warranty was up. I loved the microwave though. I purchased the same one because all the hardware for putting it above my stove was already there. First one worked great, nice size, even cooking. I just hope this one lasts longer
