Another plus upgrade

We wanted a Machine the would do the basics well with a streamlined look. Installation went well and we now have another appliance that is quiet and energy efficient.

One part that I passed over (after I had already installed it) was that you have to pull out the back fan and flip it 180 degrees and then reinstall it into it's slot BEFORE putting it above the stove. LOVE this unit!

Recently I saw PF error message and can not work out why but didn't get the chance to read the instruction book.

I wanted the latest version of what I had. The installers did a great job taking out the old one and putting in the new one. What I noticed right away was that the door opened so easily. I make pots of tea the old fashioned way. But the next day I reheat my tea in the microwave. I want this microwave to last a long time

It is more powerful than the one it is replacing and therefore it takes less time to cook or heat up your food. The extra features are a bonus. I have no complaints.

Showed up on time & answered any questions we had about the unit. I would definitely recommend them to our friends & family.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. We did self installation and its hard to believe that you purchase something that you have to take apart in places and insert items before installation. Over all a great product

The vent fan speeds (low and high) seem to be the same. Also I would love for the control pad to be back lit.

Instructions to install were detailed, somewhat easy to use for installing this microwave as a replacement to our old one.
