We had a issue with the microwave that turned out to be nothing. When we called customer service, the Rep couldn't help us nor did you have a service technician to come by. It was resolved

This was bought for a friend who was replacing her 29 year old Kenmore microwave. I recommended this model as I have installed 3 before this one and they all are working well. I love the express cook feature and all the other features and it works well.

I have owned this model for exactly 10 days and a few minutes ago, it started making a buzzing sound out of nowhere while simultaneously the display screen blinked randomly. I tried unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back to attempt to resolve the issue but that has failed. I’m heading to the store as soon as they open tomorrow morning and hopefully I can exchange this piece of junk.
