Installation was straight forward with the template provided. Controls button order is not logical, but probably a matter of preference. Price was reasonable.

We finally replaced our old microwave during a kitchen update. This one fit the existing space easily and offered multiple venting options. So far it seems well-built and has been operating nicely.

I returned the item because the salesperson on the floor gave me misinformation. He gave me a very different price for installation than what I was told when I called to schedule the installation. I did not have the item delivered to save on the delivery fee, but then found out even though I didn't have it delivered, if I wanted it installed, I still have to pay the delivery fee. This was not told to me when I purchased the item. So, I decided to bit the bullet and go ahead and pay the fee, but then I was told I would not know the delivery day until the day before the delivery, and I would not be told the time window of the delivery until the day of the delivery. With my job, that was not possible, so I returned the item and purchased it elsewhere where I was able to schedule the delivery (no charge) and installation well in advance. Because I returned the item, I cannot comment on the performance of the item. I'll review the microwave on the site of the place I purchased it from.

Absolute cheap garbage. The door handle supports cracked on me six months in. I superglued them, they cracked at other places and the handle came of the door. Replaced the plastic posts the screws from the door went into with wood, the plastic again cracked and failed. GE wants to charge $50 for the door handle "supports" and $120 for the door handle itself, and that's for me to install. Utterly ridiculous. GE is no longer an American company with this kind of garbage as a product.

Great replacement ! The brand is always trusted and I believe I made the right choice!

Best Buy had the microwave I wanted, at a good price and they helped get it in my car. The transaction from the time I entered the store to driving away took 15 minutes. Thank you for all the he!p!

Recently I purchased a new stove from the same line of products so I decided to upgrade my microwave to much my stove. Love the matte finish. Looks expensive. Very nice microwave. Much easier to maintain than the stainless steel one

I bought this microwave as a replacement for one that I had which stopped working. I am extremely pleased with this one. For me the outstanding feature of this microwave is the light underneath is situated forward so that it lights up the pans on the front burners.All functions work as advertised.

Way better than my old microwave, I love the fact the range light has the dimming feature. It gets hot pretty fast not loud like other microwaves

So happy with my new updated Microwave oven. It's quieter than the old one that started to catch on fire. Installer recommended one that would fit in the space with a backsplash and I couldn't be happier. Have to get used to new controls but so far so good!

It works exactly as I expected it to! I'm back into rewarming our food!

Glass front on microwave fogs up when using it for a few minutes. Also, installer had some problems with inside the cabinet vent. I will have to call someone to finish the job with the vent. It does work but vent is very loud.

Wasn't a bad price, my old whirlpool took a dump so i went and bought this, let's just hope it lasts.

So far very good have not had the product long enough for a fair assessment of item

Overall, this is a really nice microwave. My only complaint about it is that we have to firmly press the buttons to select an option, or time.
