A great deal to replace an old microwave! Major problems with self installation due to poor directions and models from GE, although this is not the fault of Best Buy!

The install was not bad. It works the way it should. I'm happy I bought it. The exhaust fan works good. A little loud when on full blast, but sucks all the smoke out.

Ive had this for 1.5 years, its making everything greasy. I do not have a vent outside so this is set up following the instructions. Im getting whats like grease all over my cabinets and ceiling above this microwave and have to take off the cover to scrub grease off the vents. I dont even cook greasy food. I rarely use my microwave because of how annoying the grease is

Haven't had a chance to install and use this microwave yet so can't provide a good review at this time. It was highly reviewed and recommended and was the reason I decided to purchase.

This is my third GE microwave oven. I have gotton at least 5 years out ov each one. My only complaint is they keep changing the mount so every time you change the unit you have to drill new holes.

This microwave has all the convenient features that you need to cook your favorites--express 1 minute and 2 minute settings by just pushing the 1 or 2 key! The potato, popcorn and beverage buttons make it easy too!

Didn't fit the standard opening. I had the same standard GE microwave for many years. All I did was order another . Don't buy GE Products. It doesn't bring good things to life !!!!!!

Unfortunately the over range microwave I always buy, Amana, was out of stock so I bought this one. I think the cord is a little shorter, but so far works well, no complaints.

I have been very happy with this purchase. I didn't want to spend 250 or more on an over the range microwave and found this one on sale. It has all the features I use most, heats evenly, and doesn't have an annoyingly loud beep ;). Great appliance purchase

Happy with purchase, my old GE lasted me 12 years and hoping this one will too!

No operating manual was provided. One must go to a website to get instructions on use and care. I had to co tact GE and it took over 3weeks to get a manual!

This purchase was to replace pretty much the same Microwave that was from 2015. This model pretty much identical. Best buy had the best price is only one with same color.

Love my new GE Over-the-Range Microwave. Purchase was so easy and it was in stock. Installation was quick and professional. It was hard to find a microwave that still has the "instant minutes" feature but this one is perfect.

So far it is doing a great job. I just hope it last more than 3 year's . The last keep tripping the circuit breaker and wasn't 3 years old

Owned for 1.5 months as time of review. Unit looks really nice but scratches super easy. Just wiping the front after install with a fresh microfiber cloth left a ton of micro scratches. Handle feels a little cheap, recommend opening near the bottom of the handle and not grabbing the top for longevity. Cooks very well. Cons aside, for the price, it's a good purchase.

Heats wells, has all the features I need. If you are installing this on your own, I found that taping the template to a piece of carboard made easier to align it on the cabinet's bottom for perfect holes.

I bought it because my old Microwave was a GE. I thought the old holes would line up with the new one. Didn't happen. Also, the panel is very hard to read.

The 2 men that came to day and installed my new microwave were terrific. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and fast. I love this microwave. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but has all you need.

Bought this to replace my GE that stopped working. Was hoping it would have the same mounting points as my older one that is 6 years old (same dimensions) but it didn't. Installation was a pain. Hope it last longer than the last one..
