Works well so far. Makers should not change the dimensions too often. It is getting difficult for the installers to make more holes to install

Best Buy has the microwaves in stock and at a lower price than anywhere else. I went to Home Depot and the worker told me I was better off going to Best Buy to get my product.

When our other microwave went kaput, we found another just like it. Best Buy had it amongst its Black Friday merchandise, so we were able to purchase it at a nice discount. This new microwave does have some slight differences but nothing that we cannot handle. It was a good buy at a very opportune time.

Last one only lasted under 4 years??? Better luck this time maybe!!! Haha!!!Time will tell.

In daylight, buttons are easy to read, however, they are difficult to read at night unless light is directly on buttons. Otherwise, it works well.

Installed it with my boys. Not to difficult. Took about 1 hour. I only wish the buttons were backlit so they can be seen when the kitchen is dark. Would get 5 stars if buttons were backlit.

Had some problems adjusting to the settings. Performs quite well with regard to actual cooking.

Unit came nicely boxed Instructions where spot on Definitely need two to put in place Maybe templates should have self stick so can be put up easier

It works as advertised. The exhaust fan is far quieter than the model I previously owned.

For the price it is a very good appliance. Looks good and overall the build quality seems very good. Takes some getting used to the quick settings, especially coming from one that didn't have them. Pleased with purchase

Micro is as expected. Meets all my needs and looks great.

This microwave suits us in a very simply way - cooks food. However, not close in workmanship to past microwaves we have purchased both in quality and full usage.

Overall this is a solid microwave. My only issue was the side of the unit was slightly damaged and I didn't notice until I installed it. That's more of a best buy issue then a GE issue. The product itself was just what I needed at a good price
