I am used to a much fancier microwave that has all kinds of cooking methods. This is a basic microwave but does it’s job well.

I find this microwave heats better than my other one and when I use the defrost feature it defrosts my food without cooking part of it.

This is a great microwave except I bought it as a replacement, I replaced the identical unit because the handle broke off.

Easy to install. Same size as our last microwave over the electric range. Night light seems to be brighter than our other microwave.

Every time someone touches it, it leaves fingerprints on its high gloss finish. You can only use a very soft cloth to wipe it clean as it is very delicate. I used a dish cloth and a paper towel to wipe the surface and it is now covered in scratches. My fault for not reading the manual on cleaning the front, but I assumed a high use appliance would be more sturdy.

It’s a microwave it heats lol. The style is nice the inside has a lot of space. Like the dim single touch numbers 1-6

Great product and price. Because it is an over the stove, I would recommend that Best Buy professionals do the installation.

I replaced our old GE over the range microwave we had for about 14 years. This one has performed as I expected it would. You can depend on this one.

The black color looks very clean and sleek. Red light indicator on top is a good safety feature after burner is off telling you the surface is still hot.

if you're in the market for a OTR microwave and you don't want all the silly sensor cooking features then you can't beat the price

The only complaint was that we had to drill new holes in the cabinet to accommodate placement of screws during install.

Installation team was great, did a quick job. Not happy with Best Buy overall order process though.

Microwave is so quiet, door closes with ease.. warms food extremely quickly with awesome heat... great purchase so far...
