Im sure this is a good product. Was advertised to fit the space i had but did not fit

Three issues are quite disappointing on this unit which received good reviews when we researched microwaves. 1. You cannot read the front panel buttons. The lettering is so dim/dark you are always guessing and struggling on reading them ( minute, timer and power etc.). You need a flash light just to read them - even in the day time. 2. The user interface design for the buttons is like a much cheaper system. If you want a power of 5 you have to press the power button 6 times to get to 5. If you want to set a time that is not one of the preset times you have to press Time Cook and then enter your time and press start. All the extra steps make the system tedious. My past microwaves were far easier to use. 3. The one light inside the unit is quite dim and the food is not well lit so you find it difficult to check on food when it is running. I wouldn't purchase this again.

The instructions are quite clear, and it's simply amazing. It heats up my food much quicker than my last microwave.

Good microwave for the price. I purchased it to replace in one of my rentals. For the size specs and availability, no complaints.

So far I like the microwave. I have only had it for 3 1/2 weeks.

Advisable to have someone help you to install. It's challenging to do it by yourself. Better yet, hire a professional :)

Unfortunately this item was returned as it was the wrong size.

My son got this model last year and based on what a good job it does for him I purchased one. Microwave power is what I wanted. Using it is very simple. and the settings are easy to view. Best part is the surface light and exhaust fan. Both have two settings and do a great job. This was a great deal.

Competitively priced against big box stores except BB has it in stock for immediate pick up. It won me over with availability!

Microwave comes highly recommended on various websites. It works really well, although handle sometimes gets hot while oven is on.

It's a nice microwave. You cant input cooking time manually which I dont like.

This is a great basic microwave. We replaced an old GE. We do miss the sensor cook settings, but this works well.
