Love my new microwave. Beats the counter top microwave I had before. Love the quick buttons and the roomy interior.

Works fine but hate that fingerprints get everywhere. Soooo annoying. Keypad doesn’t light up at night so that’s also inconvenient. Would not purchase again.

Can I give a Zero?
Bought a box open microwave and had Geek squad install it. 8 hour installation window. My wife had to take half a day off of work. They show up in last 15 minutes of window. Microwave did not work. Left in place and I was told I could not take care of it over the phone. Went back in, waited 45 minutes for the same sales clerk. Picked out a new microwave that was cheaper than the original. Told the I owed 86.00 because I had to pay for the Geek Squad to return and install the noew one? 20minutes later a manager reversed the decision and I had a new Geek Squad for a new microwave. Took off half a day for the 8 hour window. Never showed, never called. Went back in to void the entire transaction and was told that I had to pay for the Geek squad to return and remove the microwave. An hour later after 2 managers and the warehouse manager, and some really fuzzy math, I voided the transaction. Probably 4 hours spent with no microwave to show. Biggest sh......t show ever! Done
