I had this microwave for 3 months and it blew a fuse when I pushed the "defrost" button. A GE repair person came out and basically told me it was dirty/greasy inside and did not seem to think it was new. I barely use the vent option when cooking... Anyway, he fixed the fuse and even mailed me a couple more for the future well I did not think the future would be in 1 month when it happened again. I am waiting on he repair man to come again. I think this is a flaw when it comes to this microwave. Not Happy !!

Very good microwave for what I paid. I like that I can turn off the turntable for large dishes.

I wouls give it 0 stars but tht is not a option.Was not insalled correctly, smokes inside of microwave, does not suck up thrsmoke when i cook on the stove. Sets off the fire alarms . Best buy wants to charge another install fee to do it correctly. With being a customer for over 20 years this is Last
