It doesn't feel as solid as the KitchenAid in terms of construction. It wasn't too difficult to install but you will need someone to help. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the KitchenAid. It does the job for what I need it.

However, the display LED had issue after 1 year and the Greek Squad support could not fix it because he told me it would cost more to fix it than buy a new one. I did pay more for the Greek Squad support plan but seems like it does not worth it.

It all of a sudden popped and saw a flash in the microwave while heating milk up for my child. Then it would not turn on. I had to replace the item with no refunds or discounts. Manufacturer did nothing for me.

Good Microwave
