Microwave straight up died after 1 month of light to moderate use. It didn’t trip the breaker or anything. The plug it was plugged into still works just fine. We are on the phone with GE now, but I don’t know how helpful they will be. I don’t think I’ve ever bought an appliance and gotten 1 month out of it. Makes me nervous about the oven we bought with it!

GE disappointment

The microwave isn't working promptly, and needs to be replaced very disappointed that now I need to have someone come back, and replace this one with another I've always good luck with GE but thinking about changing in the future.

Broke after a few weeks. Warranty repair sucks

It started to spark a few weeks after it was installed. GE sent a repair person out, made an appointment to come back in 2 months was necessary parts would be in for the repair. TWO MONTHS!

The microwaves vent is not sucking the air in as it suppose to. The microwave does not come on automatically as it should when there is smoke on the oven.

The order process was very smooth, and the new microwave was installed very quickly and without any issues. I am very pleased with the product and the delivery/installation.

Replaced old unit with this new one. Either installation instructions are incorrect or product is mis-designed. No one available at GE Customer Service competent enough to resolve problem. Problem not corrected.

It was cheap on sale for $190. It's starting to fall apart after 2 years. The wiring is going out for the underneath stove lighting. It's the wiring not the bulb.

This microwave heats quickly and is much prettier than the one it replaced. I especially like the reminder it gives you to turn your food over when defrosting.

I did have a Lotta different kind of different models and I just started using GE so I believe it should be OK and I should do all the thing as microwave do

Good Product / Nice and sturdy / delivery went well. Installation took place in a timely manner. Overall process went well and staff were very professional.
