Bought this to replace the exact same GE OTR microwave. The previous one lasted close to 5 yrs with daily use. Easy install, good quality, fair price and nice looking with easy to use buttons. Bought on line at Best Buy with curbside pick up the following day!

The only bad thing I can say is the instructions weren't 100% clear and I ended up doing some steps twice. but then again It was my first under the cabinet microwave installation. After that it worked great I have cooked everything in it from Popcorn to chicken casserole. I have had zero issues or disappointments. I would buy this product again and/or recommended it to a friend.

The purchase was for a replacement of a similar GE microwave and performs extremely well. I am glad that I purchased this from Best Buy.

We had an older GE model that lasted 15 years. In fact, it still worked, but the handle broke. We decided to go with a newer model because the older one was black. This one looks up to date and has been just the right purchase. Its functions are very similar to the one we replaced. Also, this model was on sale for a very good price.

Everything went as planned. Installation was quick and without problems.

I installed this microwave by myself (not recommended for anyone else - in retrospect, it was too heavy for one person) and so far it is operating very well. Pros - heats well, the time display is very bright, and quiet. Cons - the other buttons on the display are not lighted which makes it difficult to find the right button in a poorly lit kitchen.

Bought this to replace a 20 yr-old oven. Ordered online and picked up at the local Best Buy store. The process is very efficient. It is reasonably priced. Took about 2 hours to install because it was needed to turn the fan for recirculation (vs. venting outside) I would recommend this oven to anyone.

I purchased this item because I owned one of its predecessors. I liked my previous model so well that when it finally quit (after more than ten years) I wanted to replace it with one as close to it as possible. This model fit the bill. I have only had this one about six weeks, but I think it will perform just as well. This model has multiple settings and is easy to use, was a good value

We had a Whirlpool microwave, and the maganetron stopped working after 18 months of light use. After multiple frustrating calls to Whirlpool, talking to stupid people who have no power and no results, we decided to buy a new microwave. We were going to buy anything EXCEPT Whirlpool. We decided to buy this GE microwave and we're glad we did. It's nice looking, the buttons are intuitive and the thing we noticed the most is that it's much quieter than the Whirlpool one. During installation, there was a problem with the panel that goes over the carbon filter. We called GE and they sent the appropriate part overnight. Then the agent directed me to an online tool to schedule a service technician to come install the part. We had it all fixed in a couple of days and we're very happy with this microwaved and thrilled with GE's customer service. I'd recommend buying a GE product in general and specifically, this microwave.
