Great microwave with easy operation. This is the second one I bought as my pervious GE Microwave lasted 18 years! Highly recommend it and the price is economical too.

Mounting and setup was pretty straightforward; quiet operation and easy to use

We haven't had it long, but so far we love it! Fairly easy to install and works well.

This microwave works great and we haven't found a cooking task that it cannot handle. It looks great and matches the GE gas range we bought at the same time. The door seems a bit flimsy so we'll see how that lasts over time. We have had this oven for two to three weeks so the long haul will determine its longevity. So far so good.

Best Buy now has my 100% trust will be the first place I go to buy any appliances or technology. The quality, price and ease of buying, picking up and installing my new microwave oven has won my mind and heart!

I liked this microwave enough that I bought it twice, in two different colors - one for one kitchen and one for the other. Of the options available, I feel this is a great choice for virtually any kitchen, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an over-the-counter microwave.

After 9.5 years our Samsung over the range microwave died. This GE model was a Consumer Digest best buy and on sale. It was installed in about an hour and old microwave hauled away. This model works well is quieter and seems to have more powerful vent fan. Very happy so far!

We are extremely pleased with our purchase. Our old over-the-range microwave died without warning. It was far more expensive than this GE model, and slightly larger, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the replacement. This GE fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to install and has worked like a charm.

We wanted something to replace our 3 year old top of the line Whirlpool which had died. This model of GE doesn't have as many bells and whistles but is simple to use and promised to last much longer than the Whirlpool. The people who installed it we're fast, effecient, polite and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Difficult to,find a good microwave at a reasonable price in white. Looks great in the kitchen with our other matching appliances. White will never go out of style. Closing and opening the door does not feel or sound as sturdy as a more expensive model, or It would have received a 5 star review.

I bought this to replace an old microwave easy to install

The microwave is easy to use, self explanatory. It fits above the range perfectly. The heating time seems to be consistent with the directions given for the product being heated. I like the turntable stop feature in case there is a big item to put in the microwave. I have enjoyed using it. Best Buy matched any price shown on the smartphone.

Size is perfect or my small kitchen and easy to use!

GE - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Black Model:JVM3160DFBB I bought this microwave for almost a year now. It has just started display light flickering. I will have to call them to see if there is anything wrong. This model is just average.

We chose to have this installed due to its size and weight. It’s been easy to use and program. One major issue is how dark the control is. I’m rating it fair and would not recommend because of this issue

diy install. went well. do have to trim edges of template to get holes right. thankfully i made the right choice and the holes i drilled lined up well. thankfully layout is the same as the whirpool i had before. top vent damper is very lightweight and bends up to easy, getting damper door in right is not well documented or foolproof in installation. you have to be very careful swinging the appliance up into position or stuff can get bent or drop out of position if your clearances aren't right or you don't drop the vent pipe down carefully.
