This is very similar to the previous microwave we had. The biggest difference is in the interior size. The rotate control can be turned off to accommodate larger items. The only thing I don't like about it is the controls need to be easier to read for those of us with compromised vision. A little more paint to brighten them up would be Great and the light control should be on the bottom row so it is the first thing to press.

Very easy installation instructions and it was a perfect replacement for the older model.

It can keep the timer going while heating something - a key feature we wanted. However, the turntable jerks like the motor is severely undersized. I wonder how long this will work until the motor fails or the shaft snaps from the jerking. This is the reason for the reduced stars. Mounting was straightforward enough. The fan is on anytime it is heating. The clock lights are bright, in the blue range - a poor color temperature for sleep if you walk by it at night.

Miicrowave works fine. I like that it isn't noisy. The delivery men who installed it were quick and wore masks. Happy with my purchase. Microwave is nice looking and works well.

I needed a microwave when the other decided to croak. Glad I chose this one. Great value for the money I paid and that's what I look for when purchasing almost anything.

GE microwave replacing another GE 12 years old. Same look and feel and price was competitive. Not much of a selection with the COVID-19 problems but able to get this one in a few days. Very happy with the product.

This was a replacement for a unit damaged in a power surge. We thought it would be an upgrade but turned out to be a disappointment. Controls were changed and were less intuitive. Door closes with a clunk rather than smoothly. There is only one under unit light over the range. It appears to be an older unit from storage thsn s new one.

Bought to replace a similar previous GE Microwave. Installation would have been easier if the hardware and mounting screw holes had matched the existing ones. Door latches feel cheap and are noisy. Otherwise a good microwave that works well.

Looks and feels high end. It's a little smaller than some others, but I like that about it. Its for an ADU, so any space or cost saving is an added plus!

Microwave is easy to use with good power. Quiet while in use. Easy to install with two people. Replaced a 23 year old over the range microwave. The only feature I wish it had is a night light mode.

Great microwave, works as it should. I wish it had a butter softener/melting setting but otherwise it's an excellent item.

I bought this to replace one from a rental unit. It looks very nice and no complaints from tenants. Definitely have Best Buy install! They know what they are doing and can do it quickly and save you from the frustration.

Wanted a replacement for GE Profile over range micro that finally quit. Fairly easy install and seems to work just as well as more expensive model it replaced. Very powerful, been using a countertop model in interim and this one is much more powerful

Simplicity at its best. Easy to use and very powerful. Easy to clean up also. Gotta love my GE microwave.
