When our over the range GE microwave stopped working, I went online to Best Buy and ordered a replacement to be installed. Done perfectly.

Delivery was on time, product is what I expected, Delivery men complained about the job even though they took only 20 minutes to complete the job.

Microwave control panel started to fail within a year. Microwave seems to take longer to warm up things. Not sure if it has to do with control panel or not. The control panel goes in and out. Some times it’s makes noise some times it doesn’t. Meaning sometimes when u push the buttons and when it’s done the signal doesn’t work. Seems like panel display flickers.

Louie and his assistant put the above the range microwave up in record time. So good to have a microwave that works. Were respectful of property.

Our experience with Best Buy was great. They had a good inventory to choose from. The GE microwave we decided on has been greatly enjoyed. It works great and we love the express option.

We bought it because our old microwave didn’t vent outside and it was so old that I couldn’t find a damper to attach for venting. This new microwave on the other hand does a great job venting and it works reliably.

Nice looking microwave at a great price. I need to adjust the popcorn button by 30 seconds to accommodate for the popcorn I get from Costco but other than that, I love it!

We resolved an old ge microwave oven which lasted 9 years. This one is quieter but Otherwise relatively unchanged with regard to controls or functionality

We have used this microwave one month and find it practical and predictable. However, there are two annoying aspects to this model. First, it doesn't include an Owner's Manual; we had to go online to print and assemble one. (However, the MW does come with a helpful "Quick Use & Care" booklet.) Second, the timer/clock light shines a bright white. I wish we could dim that light during the evening. Otherwise, the pricing and convenience of this microwave is excellent.

This thing is great! Beautiful and super user friendly!

It has been easy to use. Door is light and easy to close. Clock can be hard to read but not a big deal for me. I like all the quick controls like add 30 seconds, etc.

Bought as a replacement for the in-laws. They love it. Easy to understand and operate (they are in their mid 80's), fit in old space with no problems. So far, so good!!!
