I purchased it to replace an older version of this same model that stopped working. It looks almost identical to the older model, at a glance, but some of the buttons have changed location, and they're actually slightly less sensitive to touch (which I see as a negative). I preferred the older model, if I'm being honest, but this is still a good microwave.

Sometimes we need a flashlight to find the button to push and this is very unnessesary since we have had GE for many years without this problem. Wish we were able to get a better serviceable unit

Overhead light is only ONE light in the middle; leaving the sides in the shadows/dark. The buttons layout could be better positioned. For a HEAT/RE-HEAT unit, the price is a bit high. I am giving this unit a 5 yr lifespan.

Great product and price

This OTR microwave is no exception I love everything about it and we are pleased with the quality. Bestbuy had a lower price than anyone else and has a great warranty. My purchase was easy. I ordered it online was told it would take 2 days but it arrived a day earlier. I went to the store parked at the curbside are. Notified them via the app and within minutes they brought my item to the car. Install was a snap as I had a GE one before. I just took off the old one and placed this one. Cooks quick.
