Works great so far but my last one died after 2 years. Maybe I just have bad luck with microwaves? Got the same one again because I needed a white one and also wanted to use the existing mounting bracket. Install is pretty easy if you know what you are doing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendgreat microwave for the money.

Product works well and have not had any issues. Had a minor scratch on the handle that I didn't realize until after Installation. Not sure if it was my doing or not but I guess I would say to be careful with the handle paint chipping or scratching during Install. I plan to just cover the white mark with a marker or something... not quite sure yet

I recommended this model as I have installed 3 before this one and they all are working well. I love the express cook feature and all the other features and it works well.
