    The microwave itself works fine. But there were some issues with the Greek squad install. The third party contractors who came out for the install were pretty incompetent. The first time they came, they couldn’t figure out how to undo the overhead mount of the old microwave. I had to do it myself. Then they came back to install. And they didn’t measure to figure out the old microwave was a quarter inch taller. They tried using the old mounting bar. When they showed me the finish, I could see it was not totally level. So I called them out on it. They had to remount it. Not very professional.

    It's replacing pretty much the same unit that we had for 18 years. I hope this one lasts like that one! It's a decent unit for the price for sure. Though it isn't as quiet as the old one and not nearly as solidly built. It's been good otherwise so don't be afraid of getting it, especially if you find an open box deal like I did!

    Works as good as you'd expect a microwave in this price point to. Installation was a bit of a headache and it is QUITE LOUD during use. No issues though after a year +
