While this model works fine it definitely seems like the cheaper version with older digital text.

Great Over the Range Microwave for the price

You'd ask, "Why do you keep buying it if you give it only three stars?" Well, in an unfulfilled hope that I would be able to remove my old broken one, put there a new one, screw in the bolts, and be done with it. No way. They are changing something every time - like positions of the holes you have to drill in the shelf above the microwave. If they kept positions and design of their connection hardware the same year over year, I'd have given it five stars.

Our GE dishwasher also is making loud buzzing noise and occasional clicking noise. Both 2 years old. Both flimsy and cheaply built. Be very cautious.

I was replacing an defunk over-the-range GE so the dimensions were spot on. This is a 2-man job. Do not attempt by yourself! Instructions were a little rough but using the old bracket and moun ting holes as examples we were able to be up and running is about 2 hours. I still have to go into the attic and reattach the vent as it is TOO DARN HOT up there now. A+

It would be nice if this product came with some printed instructions. What is a person do who doesn’t have Wi-Fi or no printer. I ended up printing out 22 pages!

It replaced a GE that stopped working when it ran for more than 5 minutes (highly disappointing), I bought the warranty for this one just for that reason.
