Everything works like it should, though it would be nice if it came with a model-specific manual instead of a more generic one.

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact the internal light is very dim and hard to see what's cooking during the daytime. It was mentioned in an earlier review about the poor internal light not being bright enough.

You cannot see it at all - very dark and difficult to read - we are familiar with the screen so have most of the buttons memorized from several years using the old one

Our old GE was surprisingly similar to this one (and still working great after 12 years) with the buttons and features, but the new one is a little larger (good) and now matches more of the other appliances. Only two very slight issues - buttons are harder to push and the over-range light bulb is different so I couldn't reuse the LED from the old microwave. You need to replace the bulb with an LED for it to be brighter on this one too.

We chose this model because it fits in the space we have without sticking out too far. The sound is a high pitched whine, different from our last microwave but not hard to get used to.
