I would have purchased a "higher" level BUT i needed the color Bisque...so it will have to do! If i could, I would NEVER AGAIN purchase a GE product as GE is now part of a Chinese conglomerate! Disgusting!

The back plate and cabinet holes all had to be redone. What should have been a 30 minute installation turned into over an hour. Be aware.

The lighted features are bright and easy to read. I don't understand why the handle is not one smooth piece. The seem in the handle is going to be hard to keep clean.

The difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension. I hope this helps! Great price, difficult to install

If I had the chance to do it over again, I’d upgrade my purchase to include installation.

A bit noisy when running but heats things in a timely/proper manner. The door closing noise is pretty loud, but that isn't a very big deal.

My old countertop microwave would burn it before it was all popped. Auto defrost is a bit strong, tends to "cook" the food a bit.
