Best Buy, however, would not take the old one for recycling since we opted to install the new one ourselves. This was very disappointing, particularly since when we called to inquire, we were told they would.

simple without lots of unneeded options

The color was a perfect match and was important. It does not have options that some would want, but have to pay more for. Overall, exactly what we needed.

At least four times the handles have broken after the warranty expires, and it is cheaper to buy a new microwave oven on sale than the repair costs plus labor for fixing the broken handles. I think this is a product defect the manufactuer should address.
