This is a great microwave, it meets all of the expectations that I had prior to purchasing. It is the updated version of the one it replaces. Thank you for making the process smooth.

I use the microwave rarely for warming leftovers. It has preformed well to date (4 weeks). I enjoy how quietly it operates compared to the Samsung microwave I previously owned.

This is a terrible microwave. The display model we looked at in the store is different from the one they gave us. We went through ten different microwaves looking for DUAL FLOODLIGHTS over the range and found a display unit with this feature. We told the salesman, "This is the one we want, right here." He went back to the stockroom and got one in a box and we got it home, got it installed, plugged it in and turned on the range lights only to find there is ONLY ONE FLOOD LIGHT. The ONE FLOOD LIGHT is dimmer than the nightlight I have in the bathroom. You cannot just change the bulb because it is a special "bi-pin halogen lamp" which mounts sideways in the socket so there is NOTHING to replace it. We called the Best Buy store and they explained the one we got in the box is the CURRENT MODEL of the store display. The Store Display is no longer available and they one they gave us is its "replacement". I am so unhappy. Couple more things. The keypad is black with NO BACKLIGHTING meaning you cannot see the numbers on the keypad without a flashlight in our kitchen during evening or morning hours. The steel used for the case is so flimsy (compared to our old unit) when we mounted it and screwed down the two holes in the front (A and B on the diagram) the center of the microwave sheet metal droops leaving a small gap between the stove and the cabinet it is mounted to. The "fan" is SUPER NOISY so you can hardly hear yourself think while using the microwave. To have a coffee in the middle of the night one must get a flashlight to look at the keypad and then worry about waking the house up because of the noise from the fan. SO unhappy. Wish we could take it back but we threw out the box and packing materials and it was so much trouble we just threw up our hands. Will NEVER buy another one from GE or Best Buy.
