The clock on the microwave starting to malfunction within the first few months.

After one year of purchasing this product, it broke down. It had a 2-year warranty. When the service team came to my house, they saw a cockroach next to the microwave and said that the warranty did not cover it because there were cockroaches in the house. They left without performing any service.
If you have an active extended warranty through Best Buy, we recommend contacting them with any questions/concerns regarding your extended warranty company. Too noisy. Much noisier when cooking than our old OTRx

Have bought GE appliances for many years. Unfortunately they are NOT getting better. This is passable, the only real factor was availability. Q: “How’s the new microwave?” A: “Well, it was in stock.” It works, it’s louder than the old one, it’s decent. Next time I have to buy one, hopefully there are more to choose from.

Worse customer service, i brought this open box excellent condition meaning a necessary parts it didnt have the anchor screw to bolt though cabinet to front of microwave was on phone for 2 days arguing with c.s. & support no help worse people to talk to. I will never buy anything from best buy again hope you ho bankruptcy.

The microwave works OK, but is noisy. My old GE microwave was quieter. Got a repairman in to fix it from GE and was told that it was just the way it was made. He couldn’t fix it.

Decent mid priced microwave. You need two people to install as I had my neighbor help me. If you don't know what you're doing, have a pro install this item (over the range microwave)

No installation

When we bought the under the counter microwave we paid almost $120.00for installation. We tried to book an appointment to have it installed but the store clerk could not seem to book it. He told me to call the phone number. I tried several times to call and was told there was over an hour wait each time. I left my number for a call back. When I got a call back still no one was able to schedule installation. I was told no one in the area does installation. Well then why in the world would I get charged for something that was not even available! Crazy. I had to find someone on my own to do it.
