Nice and quiet microwave. The only issue is you need to use a soft cloth to clean. Surface scratch easy.

This is one of the worst things I have ever tried to install in my life. Im sure the microwave is fine, but the installation is a nightmare. I would rather kill myself than ever have to deal with this again.

Went out after a month. Customer support was impossible to speak to anyone. Cut my loses and bought a different model. Save your money! Lots of reviews similar to mine.

16 months after purchase the microwave had a number of issues such as turning on randomly on its own. GE would not replace or fix despite the hazards involved. Door handle also broke.

This microwave completely died...right after the 2-year mark. So, we basically paid $200/year to use this piece of junk. What a waste of money. We will never buy a GE product again.

Initially, I was very pleased with this purchase. However, after 8 months, the microwave stopped working.

Stopped working after less than a year.. heating stopped.

Cant review, best buy was unable to deliver product in a reasonable time! Canceled order and went different store for help. I have bought appliances twice at best but and had very poor service

I purchased my second GE - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave because I had a very good experience with the first and it lasted 4 years with no issues until a power surge fried it.
My second purchase only has 6 months of service and already has started making very strange and scary noises in the time that we have used it.

First microwave died after a year and 3 months. Purchased a replacement because I did not want to deal with new brackets. Hopefully, this unit will last longer.
Open box is really smash and dent, damaged produc.

Don't buy open box. Bought a supposed "like new", open box microwave. Found out after installation was started that the bottom was smashed like a soda can. This GE microwave is made of paper thin sheet metal. Huge hassle to save 50 dollars. Wasn't worth it.

Have only had this product for 7 months and it has stopped heating. Have tried everything and now it’s too late to return. We paid more than $300 for it and now it’s $233

This microwave went out 2 months 6 days after purchase. of course the warranty was for 1 year. I was very disappointed that I have to pay 109.00 plus parts and labor to have it repaired. Says it was made in 2020 amazing to me it broke down in 2021. I thought GE was a good brand. : )

I purchased the microwave on May 10, 2020 and picked it up at the store. I requested installation and on the day I was to meet at the store to schedule an installation date, the appointment was cancelled. Went to the store and was told to call the Geek Squad to set an installation date. I did. It was scheduled for June. No one called or came. So On June 30, 2020 I have an unopened microwave sitting on the kitchen floor.
