Works well for price. Easy to install. Its a bit noisy but overall does a good job.

Not energy star certified and the exhaust fan is extremely wimpy, but it was cheap and it looks okay. It is very quiet, but that is probably because of the fan. The fan exhausts out the top, right against the top cabinet, so I can for see problems there. It is 1,000 watts, which should be adequate for my needs, and the inner space is larger than the old one...taller and wider. Just okay in my book.

First one picked up had a smashed corner which required a long drive to the warehouse to obtain another, so try to check for damage before leaving the store. That said, once an intact unit was obtained, it fit our needs perfectly and we’re very happy with our purchase

I've just started using this machine. It microwaves well. Recommended cook times on packages actually actually do result in fully cooked meals in this microwave in that recommended time (unlike my old one). But, there are a few issues: The reminder beep, after a meal is cooked, cannot be disabled. There are other little control conveniences this machine does not have that are irritating. But, it does cook well.

Warms food up. It has a kitchen timer. Installation was easy enough.

My old over the range microwave broke, so I looked for one just like it because it was easy to use and fit almost any meal I placed in it to be cooked or warmed up; this particular microwave was very similar and was a smooth and easy transition from my previous microwave. The price was very reasonable for my purchase as well, because this was a very unexpected and last minute purchase. Would recommend.

Looks and works great. Also the inside is larger than my previous one, Very easy to use.

The microwave works find except that the touch buttons are a bit hard to work. We have to press hard in order for it to recognized. The old one was a lot more easier.

Found this microwave on-line; we were looking for one most similar to our previous one that lasted for 15 years. This was the closest - ordered on-line and pick up was ready within a couple of hours or less. A tiny bit of confusion on pick-up but it was very busy .... everyone was very nice and quickly teamed up to resolve (within a couple of minutes) all customer service folks are very helpful and professional at the Montgomeryville location. I've made purchases here before and am always pleased at the level of service provided as well as knowledge base regarding products. I love my new microwave; install was a little challenging but mostly because of the age of the people installing...hahaha... it ultimately installed nicely and instructions are very clear - if you're wearing your reading glasses!! I would always recommend the GE brand, as we have had great success with this brand and I would always recommend the Best Buy Store at Montgomeryville as well!!

Great solids product with good performance. This GE microwave is a solid appliance at a reasonable price.

A simpler version of my old GE one which had a large interior and a rack for extra use (never used). This is a smaller unit with a larger frame above it. Being short, this suits me much better. Also less silly options. These are clear and simple.

The microwave is exactly what I wanted. But the best part of this purchase was how smoothly the online purchase and pick-up was. Easy as pie and I bet I wasn’t in the pickup space any more that two minutes. Well done, Best Buy.

A Consumer reports recommended buy. The only other microwaves that were recommended were in the $400+ range. Best buy had this model for $50 less than other stores! Smoking deal. The instructions for installing with a ducted vent said to remove the exhaust fan assembly and rotate it as the microwave ships configured for the recirculating exhaust option. This was incorrect. The microwave was configured for the up-vented option. Clipping the corners of the back-flow damper solved some rattling noises...Glad I checked this before it was all installed...
