Looks beautiful and very powerful. Best Buy Total tech installation is really awesome. They hauled away from old microwave and installed this one. It only took 3 days from the day I ordered to the day it was installed. I would recommend this microwave for someone looking for a budget friendly and high performant appliance.

We needed to replace our OTR microwave. I was concerned about it matching our existing appliances as well as the fit. I reviewed quite a few and ended up purchasing this GE model. It has the necessary functions we wanted without all the 'extras' which we never used. It fits/matches perfectly, and for less than half the price of our former microwave of a supposedly higher quality brand. The installation went smoothly and efficiently. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the black on the outside sometimes still looks 'smeared' despite cleaning- but maybe that's just me :)

Purchase as an open box, no problem, great price. Installation was standard, nothing unusual. In rental unit, no problems at all, easy to use.

Nice product. Tom and Juan were great doing the installation and cleanup/haul away of old. Personable and very quick and professional. They were here only about 20 minutes for total job. I was amazed. The microwave is nice looking and has the options I need. Works well with my needs. I'd buy again.

We purchased this item, over-the-range-microwave, to match with the drop-in oven range that we purchased on the same day/time. The primary objective was to purchase a drop-in oven range. We are pleased with the delivery of both, microwave and the range on the same day (5/14/2022). The microwave was installed professionally and we are pleased and happy, but still we ae waiting for the drop-in range to be installed.

I chose this because of the one-touch cook time feature. And I love that. It has every option I could need. It is easier to use than my previous one. The installation team was courteous, polite and made sure I knew how to operate it before they left.

Quiet and easy to use. Easy to clean. Like the preprogrammed buttons. Nice bright light and powerful vent for the cooktop underneath.
