Nice fully featured small microwave, Easy to install but requires two people to hold into place.

Was easy to install, fit right in hole, and works well. Last GE Microwave lasted us 14 years. Very happy with this product.

The install went smoothly. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It was surprising quiet And my wife is happy.

Great Microwave, modern looking, quiet and easy to clean

I bought this model to replace a similar GE model that had been in service since at least 1998. The new version has the same exterior dimensions, but larger interior dimensions. It has a different control pad layout, but almost the same controls. The new one is noticeably quieter, and heats very nicely. If it lasts the 17+ years the last one did, I'll be very impressed and likely to get a similar one again!

This micrwave replaced its nearly 20 year-old predecessor which suddenly died. The new one is nice and fully modern and functional. It is hard for me to get excited about a microwave. It cost more to remove the old and install the new than the cost of the new!

I bought this microwave oven to replace the same model I bough that lasted 3 years and 4 months. This helped me to swap out the oven with little work. I did not have to change the support bracket in the back. The price I paid is the same I paid more than 3 years ago. For the price I have no complaints. Just wish that it would last a little longer. Looks like 3 to 4 years is the life of a microwave oven now.

I had Whirlpool over the oven for a number of years. The GE is a replacement unit. It took a couple of uses to get used to the short cuts the GE offered. Rather than put in the full cooking time, I like putting in the numer such as 3 and the unit starts running at 3:00 minutes or just 1 and it starts at 1:00 Too get longer times you have to enter button Cook Gime 3:15 or whatever over3:00 up to 4. A time saver

So far so good. Installation had some complications as the blueprint sent with for the holes to drill into upper cabinet were a smidge off. Otherwise install was easy and it’s been working great.

this was an open box deal so the price was great...and it replaced a GE model we had for 12 years ..used the same mounting hardware...but there was actually no box..it was a brand new returned item...never installed..had a tag that said all parts were there...they were not..the 2 screens for the fan were missing...$59 a piece on the GE parts site...called GE and they said I qualified for warranty...always check the open box deals...

So far, so good. I had an earlier model, which this purchased replaced, and the newer version has several nice, new features. Quiet; perfect fit; not fancy but has everything I could want. Purchasing the item on-line was straightforward, and I appreciated that Best Buy had already lowered the price based on BB's price-matching policy.

We needed to quickly replace a comparable basic unit that had failed, found this in stock in the correct color with promo pricing at Best Buy. Julio was very friendly and helpful in making the transaction and getting us loaded speedily; in and out probably 15 to 20 minutes. Installation was straightforward. It looks good and works as anticipated.

This is the third GE microwave I have had. I believe the first had a control issue. The second probable had a magnetron problem. I like the functions and the color is unique so this is number 3.

This is a really good microwave for the price and it was installed within minutes which was great for me. I had this same model and when it died, I wanted the same one again as I really liked it very much. :-)
