Installation more difficult. The hold up screws are spaced to far apart, meaning that your upper cabinet cannot be too small or there is no place for edge hole on right. Both times I have done one, I end up recutting holes and having to get washers for screws. I am NOT a professional, just a nuclear engineer. The top vent mounting bracket is too flimsy and tends to bend. Using the template in a tight cabinet space is a nightmare.

The only complaint we have is that the control panel is not illuminated. So if the kitchen light is not on, it's hard to read the buttons. Only the clock is lit.

Basic functions but heats well. Large plate. Wish it had a rack to cook more than one thing. The previous version had one. For the money it's a bargain. Easy functions, bright light inside and outside. Fan works well

That said, this one matches nicely with my other stainless steel appliances and is working great. Buttons are sensitive, the machine has great reviews on multiple websites, and it looks great in person. Happy with my purchase.

Had an older version of this model that had a malfunctioning motherboard, but fixed under warranty. Handle broke off was acting up so we had to replace it after 7 years.
