The original was 10 yrs old , but wasn’t properly vented upon installation. The fan motor went bad. I’m hoping this one lasts longer. It cost me a lot to have it installed.

Delivery was planned for 8-12. Called 8 times for status and never received a canal back. Finally deliver 7:00 pm. No explanation and installers only wanted to get in and go home. Most horrible experience I've ever had.

I bought the floor model because it was $100 less. It had a small dent on the side, but who cares? Once installed, you can't tell. Microwave works good. Display is a little hard to see due to glare.

I have no complaints on the products, it was pretty simple to install. One of the lights has burned out already, but everything else works.

Awesome microwave! Really goes well with the stove and fridge I have. Has nifty features and does what it supposed to. I recommend

The GE replaced another microwave and works well. I've been using it for several years now and it is very serviceable. I really like GE products and find them reliable and long lasting.

Doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous microwave. Also the time display is inferior to previous unit. Should have done more research and probably have spent more for another microwave. Again the quality of the time display is inferior to our previous GE microwave. Have no complaint re best buy or the installation just the quality of the unit purchased

We bought our first GE micro wave from Best Buy 16 yrs ago so we decided to stay with the same brand and buy it from Best Buy again, hopefully this one lasts a long time to!!!!!!!

Vents really well, nice over the range lighting and a beautiful value add to the ongoing kitchen update in my house that pairs nice with the 5 burner GE range I chose.

On paper, this is a great Microwave. In reality GE quality and customer service is HORRIBLE. Our GE microwave was dead on arrival (DOA) right out of the box and GE wouldn't exchange it for a new one. So we had to wait SIX WEEKS for a replacement control board and two visits from a service tech to fix it. Once it was diagnosed, I searched Google for "control board failure GE Microwave" and the search was littered with people who had the identical issue. GE customer relations was abysmal, apathetic and SLOW. I will NEVER purchase another GE product. I will however purchase again from Best Buy. They were helpful and supportive in getting the defective unit serviced.

I am happy I purchased this microwave, however the visibility problem is annoying. I keep thinking there is a film on the door somewhere that I forgot to remove.

Had a different above the stove microwave at the last house. So for our new home we went with this GE. Install was not to bad. It is quiet and heats food up nicely.

This was an open box purchase and the turntable and drive mechanism we're not for this unit it was for another unit so therefore I have to go out and buy these parts in order to make it work I'll do a better job of checking the goods before I buy it next time
