We changed the fuse in it because we saw the fuse had blue but it just keeps blowing the fuse every time we put a new one in so I’ve had it for just a little over a month and I have to go purchase a new one.

Look at 1 star reviews and you will see this microwave will die on you and it's a nightmare to get it replaced. This microwave died exactly 1 year from installation. Fortunately I did pay for Geek Squad protection but, have a funny feeling I will be calling to have it replaced every year. Borrowed my daughters 10 year old microwave to use until this one gets replaced. Appliances now are useless pieces of junk, not like the old days where things were built to last.

Not purchasing another item from Best Buy. No follow up call(which I was promised) so I’m just going to work with another company
