The very next day the display strarted flickering. It's a constant, fast, annoying flicker. Now I have to uninstall it, lug this heavy piece of junk back to the store.

Basic and functional.

Disappointing Purchase and Service

Got the BB "Total Tech" promo for the delivery/install/recycle old. Worked ok for 8 months and then intermittent no turntable spin or heating (see online description of this as a common issue.) Closer to 1 year warranty date ( 2 years if you continue TT for $199 a year) and figured BB would replace considering what I was told at purchase of plan... Result: BB concierge for TT said I had to go through GE as in Warranty-- GE assigned appliance service to 'Repair" with an appointment in 3 weeks .. Beware Total Tech
