I just had this installed. Here are my first impressions. The handle is all plastic and based on how it looks and feels, I doubt it will last long. So all those reviews where the handle breaks are probably true.
The next issue is how loud this thing is. The vent fan is loud when you microwave anything. It’s obnoxiously loud.
If your considering this might want to purchase extended coverage. Microwaves are the worst and this Chinese build quality just isn’t getting any better.

We love the Microwave but it's making a dragging sound and I cant call anyone out to look at it because of the corona virus. It sounds bad when we put time on it.

My microwave stopped working a little after a year. It was right after the warranty was over. I had no problems with it otherwise. It was very expensive but didn’t last long.

After personal installation , unit worked well. On Wednesday night , we had guests and during the process of warming up our dinner, the unit ceased to work and has not worked since. This is the second GE product I purchased that failed. No more GE products.
Going to exchange this unit for Whirlpool

I like my new microwave. I would love it if you could read the control panel. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews before I purchased it. It is absolutely ridiculous that you cant read them at all without some kind of artificial light. dont't know what GE was thinking.

The microwave is working very well. The only problem I have is there is no light to see the controls later in the afternoon and evening so in order to use it, I need to use a flashlight.
