Got to give this a one star.
The first one would not light up at all once plugged in (no clock, no lights, no display).
I returned and got a second one, the second one would turn on but the interior light would not work and 1/2 of the buttons on the keypad would not work. I returned the second one and have since went with another manufacturer.
Best Buy was accommodating with the exchange and return. I am an elite plus member, not sure if that mattered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Bought this to replace my old microwave that was slowly dying. The only issue I had with this microwave is that the vent has only 2 speeds High and low.

bought this microwave as an Open Box, supposed to have all the parts. Missing the Support Bar and the bag of hardware. What was supposed to be a bargain, ended up costing me hours of time running to the hardware store, and the cost of purchasing a generic support bar and all the missing hardware.

Went to location on Beach and Imperial. Was waiting at the customer center for appliances for 20 minutes. There was 3 or 4 representatives in the cubicle. Not a one acknowledged us. No one said, we’re busy but will be right with you. Sorry for the wait. Nothing.
I went home and ordered online. I will never go in your store again. I am need of new large appliances, but I will go to Home Depot or Lowe’s.
