Our last GE microwave died after a few years of light service. Thinking it would be easier to install, I bought the closest model. My mistake. After 6 months of normal usage, the handle to open/close the door already is cracked! Plus, the inside of the microwave is not metal - so you can't store your microwave plate cover using magnets.
We already ordered a replacement microwave oven. We hate it and regret the purchase.

Our microwave broke the same day that we have family coming over from out of town.Went to the Best Buy in our city but they didn’t have it in stock so we have to pick it up 40 miles away. Took us 2 hrs drive round trip. We have to hire someone to install it because if Best Buy will have it delivered and installed we have to wait the following week for the item to arrive and we are hosting that weekend so we didn’t have a choice. As soon as we got home and installer has arrived, we took the unit out of the box and the item has been severely dented in the side. Installer took over 4 hours installing it because he has a hard time fitting the dented unit. We were so ready to return it and installer was giving up already but we can’t have people over the weekend with no working microwave. We ended up paying the installer almost the same price as this disappointing unit for the inconvenience and we’re stuck with a microwave that we’re hoping is not going to break anytime soon from the damage of the dent. Waste of time and money!

The display started flashing 10 months after purchase but before that we noticed how flipping loud the exhaust fan is and it comes on automatically when ever you use the oven.

If you want an inexpensive microwave that works this will get the job done. Design flaws in the clock make it nearly unreadable

I bought this microwave to replace the one that stopped working in my home because it was noted to be the same model number. Well that wasn't the case ... ok not that big a deal. However, this device has a lot of issues. 1. Closing the door is tough to do and its extremely loud. SLAM! Within a few weeks, the notification beeps started fluttering working/not working. Sometimes there's no beeping at all ... touching numbers, actions and at time completion. Yes it cooks food just fine ... but the fine points of personal interaction are no where near the original unit that we had to replace. I should have bought something else.

Works however, the exhaust fan comes on EVERY time you run the microwave. Extremely LOUD and annoying.
