A few months after we bought it one of the heating elements, or whatever you call it, went out and food that we would put in the microwave was unevenly heated. You can imagine how annoying it is to bite into a piece of pizza that is nice and hot on one side and still refrigerator cold on the other. We purchased this microwave on February 18, 2019.

And we’re just outside the ridiculous 2 week return window. Hopefully GE will stand behind their product more than Best Buy does and fix it for free since it’s only 2 weeks old.

This is the second time we’ve purchased this exact unit bc it matches all our other appliances. We are two weeks from our closing date (selling our home) and it’s quit again! Will NOT be replacing this microwave again!! Fuses blow on a regular basis and it’s not due to electrical issues in the home (already hired an electrician to confirm the culprit is the microwave, not the home).

I’ve called the store several times and I’m on hold for over 30 min. I waited over 45 min to speak to someone regarding a MISSING part. Then they sent me the WRONG part! At this point I’m over it! Next time I’ll just go to Lowe’s!
