This microwave went out 2 months 6 days after purchase. of course the warranty was for 1 year. I was very disappointed that I have to pay 109.00 plus parts and labor to have it repaired. Says it was made in 2020 amazing to me it broke down in 2021. I thought GE was a good brand. : )

I purchased the microwave on May 10, 2020 and picked it up at the store. I requested installation and on the day I was to meet at the store to schedule an installation date, the appointment was cancelled. Went to the store and was told to call the Geek Squad to set an installation date. I did. It was scheduled for June. No one called or came. So On June 30, 2020 I have an unopened microwave sitting on the kitchen floor.

It's a microwave. Very hard to install. This brand was not reliable but this was the only one that fit our spot.

Bought this because the same microwave at work was very quite, however this one is not; disappointing.

In spite of assurances that the door opening is zero clearance meaning one could open the microwave door 90 degrees out when mounted hugging the kitchen cabinet's side this could not be done. The unit was taken back by installers. Very disappointed.

your people could'nt even hook up 2 washers right i had too call someone else plus after i took the stuf your phones are turned off so now i tell people go somewhere that will answer the phone arlington texas 76017

This microwave does not work. Comes on for 5 seconds shuts off. Bought this 7/23 because we were redoing kitchen cabinets. Cabinets were delayed 1.5 weeks. Put microwave up on 18th doesn't work.store won't let us exchange have to have geek squad come and look at.

This was the second microwave I bought. Stopped working after 6 months and GE had to replace a part as it was manufacturer issue. Failed againg after couple of months and had to switch to a different brand.

I bought this microwave about a year ago and has broken three times already. Just FYI, my previous brand was working without any issue for 11 years. I have service protection plan and getting it fixed is a headache.

I bought this GE microwave to replace by existing GE space maker microwave (this one was recommended by GE). Guess what non of the screws matched
So needed to place new base board and drill new holes on top
Should have bought a cheaper one and it probably would have matched the holes
