We haven't even had this for two months and it has already completely quit working. It is past the return date now. I would not recommend!

We know that would be frustrating, and would recommend taking advantage of the limited manufacturer's warranty that lasts for the first year by contacting our service department at 1-800-432-2737. Information on your warranty is on page 20 of the manual. There are also troubleshooting steps in the manual as well, and you may want to check the circuit breaker and fuses to make sure enough power is reaching the unit. Disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes, then connecting again, also may help - this resets the electrical components. This microwave broke in 8 months. Tripped the breaker. Got it fixed (replaced 2 internal switches) but it broke again a few days later. Don’t waste your money or time on this one.
