So far it works well. Easy to learn how it works. Nice looking in my kitchen. For the price you pay definitely worth it.

Easy to install and easy to use. The carousel insures even cooking, and it looks great. One small issue with the directions is that they say that the default is set to vent inside; however, it is actually set to vent upward. I didn't realize this until the air was venting into the cupboard above the stove. So, had to un-install, re-route the air flow (via the directions), and then re-install. Also, had to go online to find a charcoal vent filter as it does not come with one.

I need to replace an older GE Model. This one fit perfectly in the same space and has been working great.

Direct replacement works well so far. Not much else to say…

Compared to my old one, the door has a “Cheap” sound when I close it making me wonder about the quality. It is a very pretty microwave.

Simple to use it one thing is missing on the top opening above the door there is no grill and the item placed in the cabinet can fall in it damaging the door of microwave.

Nice product. Pretty straightforward to install. Took out the existing hood and put this in. Wish you could input cook time directly rather than just having the quick cook buttons that just add time by the minute. There's a 30 button but sometimes I just want 20 seconds. Oh well. Other than, it works great.

I had a GE profile, this was much less expensive. I wish I had not chose the stainless steel, also I don't like the black panel, It is hard to read.

Good, but the fan turns on when using every time. This causes additional noise. Takes getting use to. Other than that it is great.

Great product for a great price. Works as expected and looks good. Only negative is that the mounting brackets for the old one could not be reused. The store personnel were friendly and helpful. Would definitely purchase from Best Buy in the future. Really good experience.

The processs from purchase to DIY installment was a breeze. A good price to replace a 15 yr microwave and works better than the old one.

SO far so good. We had to replace our old microwave when it stopped working with this new one. So far it's working well. And it looks very nice with the rest of kitchen appliances.

Excellent selection for the price- I was surprised that they changed position of the holes to attach to my wall and cabinet since I was replacing an existing ge microwave and had to redrill new holes

It was easy to install. I don't like the limited time settings of minutes or half minute. popcorn setting leaves half the bag uncooked.

Replaced a Frigidaire microwave that crapped out after two years. So far this thing works great and looks wonderful.

Replaced out 8 year old microwave that was the same style and brand. Works great. We did receive this with a dent in the left side that was caused by shipping but installed it anyways, still works great.

Needed to replace a failed unit and searched for an in expensive replacement. This was the "best buy", it installed easily and works fine. It was also hard to find a bisque color to match the other kitchen appliances and this did the trick.
