Great replacement. I had to replace a 20 year old G.E. Unit. Hope this one lasts as long.

Good product. Worth the money. Good built quality.

Stop asking me to review this item, please. It is part of a complete kitchen demo and remodel and is still in the box. The contractor will remove it from the box and install it when the time comes. (I gave it "average" stars, which seems fair.)

While this is a no frills microwave, it works perfectly for our needs. The installation process was not as easy as I would have liked, but in the long run worked out well.

I LOVE my new microwave. It is so nice to finally have the space my old one occupied on my cabinet open to use for other things. The convenience of having it over my cooktop is wonderful!!

Wish it had two lights over cooktop. Not s high quality as my previous microwave, which was GE and looked the same. Not as many functions as our previous model.. But price was right.

I liked this microwave. However the handle broke off. And for the replacement parts ( handle and two brackets ) it is well over the purchase price. I will have to look for a different brand.

The cheap plastic door handle broke after about a year and a half. Contacted GE online (below) to order new one. They wanted $168.75, plus shipping. They later offered me a discount of $138. Then called a manager at GE, who spoke 10 words for every one word I spoke and then she was upset at me because I was interrupting her speak. She told me the price included genuine GE parts. When I said the original was cheap plastic, she hung up on me. Please save yourself a headache, DON'T BUY GE!!! George: need the door handle for a jvm3160rf3ss ge microwave George: Still there? Tieraney: I can give you the price if that is what you need . George: Let's start there. Tieraney: $168.75 is the price plus shipping and handling . George: I can buy the whole brand new microwave at Best Buy for $179.99 George: Please look up that price and try again. Just the silver handle Tieraney: That is the price

Looks nice. Is a little noisy when it is on. I am getting used to it.

I replaced an apparently identical unit with this one. Mounting bracket looks the same except 2 of the tabs are 1/4 inch wider. A quarter inch. Ok, no big deal I'll just swap out the bracket, but guess what? The holes don't match up with the old one, by about 1/4 inch. So down to the workshop for the right size drill bit for the lag bolts. Ok, let's pop this baby up there, and .... the top screw holes don't match the old ones by an inch. One inch. Had to drill another hole in the cabinet floor an inch away from the old one. There is absolutely no reason for these minor dimensional changes. Why redesign a perfectly good bracket?? I guess summer interns need something to do... Was going to give three stars, but then I cut my hand on a sharp edge on that spiffy new bracket.

Just what we were looking for and a perfect match for our other kitchen appliances.
