Awesome Mircowave! Ended up getting an open box one and it still worked perfect. Had an older version of this exact microwave that lasted several years and finally quit working. This is a wonderful upgrade. Very happy with it!

This over-the-range microwave is so much better built than its two predecessors in my house. Hopefully, this one’s door handle will not break like the last two other brands before it. Quieter running, and happy to have two level surface light and two speed exhaust fan.

We purchased this unit to replace the original GE over the range that stopped working after 5 years. The instructions to install this unit was very easy and we were able to do it on our own. It's been a over 6 months and is working fine.

If fits great in my new kitchen and its not too pricey.

Functionality had been great. Display/button layout not what I'm used to in a microwave. Buttons can be difficult to activate when pressed. Overall it works very well though.

Works great and was easy to install. Love that it does not have all the overly complicated and unnecessary functions that many microwaves have nowadays. I just want to put in my food, enter the time and hit start, not have to take a programming class just to turn it on.

Exceeded my expectations on how it works and how it looks. I had it installed by Best Buy and it came out great.

Purchased this for my sister after her microwave of 25 years gave up the ghost. She loves it. The installer was outstanding and made her double happy.

Bought in June and works great. Best Buy delivered, removed prior hood, installed new microwave. All done quickly and professionally.

Over the range Microwave works well. Was pleased to find this model as a replacement for my older microwave.

No issues in the 5 months we've had it. Fit into our space nicely. Be aware that while the front is stainless steel, the sides are black. Might not matter if the sides are not going to be exposed (one side in our kitchen is open to view.)

GE Microwave . Works great, just as well as any high cost one in my opinion. It has clean clear lines, large capacity, and is very quiet. Best Buys installation specialists did a perfect job installing, removing the precious one, and fitting this is between cabinets.

this seems like a great product so far, but just got it. Good value for the money. Only thing negative is that it is not intuitive on how to use it for normal timing. Express is easy, but not always want even times with 30 sec increments added. Have to use the manual to figure it out.

DON"T BUY THIS THING!!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT AND END UP DOING WHAT WE ARE...BUDGETING $500+ FOR ANOTHER MICROWAVE AND INSTALLATION!!!! I'm giving this two stars because it still warms and cooks food. BUT NOT as fast as it did. POWER has greatly diminished over 1.5 years. Also, it seems to have less power now than a countertop model made by another manufacturer that we bought while we waited for this to finally arrive and be installed. This one was supposed to be more powerful than the countertop we bought to use while we waited! In addition, about 2 months ago, it began to spark and make popping noises when I make popcorn, warm butter, or melt marshmallows. Its a darn good thing we kept the other one. I tried cleaning the magnetron cover thoroughly...didn't help. Found a replacement cover online, but didn't order because I couldn't find instructions on how to remove the present one w/o damaging the interior and possibly ruining this thing...after all it still warms food.

We needed to replace an old microwave and this was the only one that fit our height requirement - most of the other models were a bit too tall! The microwave itself works great, and the buttons are intuitive to use.
