This model is easy to use and has been functioning as expected for the month we've had it. We didn't realize how much we depended on the microwave before, until we were not able to use it.

The 9 obviously makes the microwave cheaper as it only has one surface light and the display had 2.

Posted .The model number on the microwave itself may include an extra digit, when compared to the model number on the box. This is an engineering digit, and is there in case a technician ever needs to examine the appliance and identify specific manufacturing information. This extra digit does not mean you received the wrong model. If the microwave you received is different than a display you saw and you still believe you received a different unit than what you originally ordered, we recommend contacting Best Buy at 888-237-8289 to address this issue.

The only down fall is having to install it. Our spot measured to be the exact size this microwave is showing to be, but good god! It didn't fit & we had to do some adjustments to get it to fit. Other than that this is great!

It is a basic microwave that woks well. My only frustration is that the new one has mounting holes in different places than the old one. It is an unnecessary change that caused some frustration.

It works just as it should, and installation was easy. Although microwave templates are a pain in the butt, this has multiple installation options

Best Buy had the very best price I was able to fine and it was delivered to my local store for free. It replaced a older GE microwave, so installation was easy. I can highly recommend it.

It’s super quiet most of the time. The reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars is sometimes it sounds like the turn table is getting stuck yet there is nothing for it to catch on.

It was worth breaking away from the set for this more sturdy and stable microwave. It is a great choice and price point, we highly recommend.

Very thin; inside not as deep; inside gets extremely hot when night light is on; missing convenient food cycle recommendations. The only pro is that the price was reasonable.

Posted .We would like to address the issue you're having with your microwave being hot. It is normal for the bottom of the microwave floor to be warm because of the light but not hot.
