This is very similar to the previous microwave we had. The biggest difference is in the interior size. The rotate control can be turned off to accommodate larger items. The only thing I don't like about it is the controls need to be easier to read for those of us with compromised vision. A little more paint to brighten them up would be Great and the light control should be on the bottom row so it is the first thing to press.

I am very happy with this microwave so far. It looks great and seems to working fine. I did have to order the separate charcoal filters through GE that I think should have been included.

Excellent microwave at a very good price. Had this microwave for over a year, and it is working great. Don't have the cold spots when reheating stuff like most microwaves used, and it has all of the basic features. Definitely would recommend.

This was almost exactly like the old model GE I had. That made the installation a breeze! I hope GE keeps making this model.

This was a replacement for a unit damaged in a power surge. We thought it would be an upgrade but turned out to be a disappointment. Controls were changed and were less intuitive. Door closes with a clunk rather than smoothly. There is only one under unit light over the range. It appears to be an older unit from storage thsn s new one.

This is a good mid-priced microwave. It was easy to install and so intuitive to use that I did not need instructions for the keypad choices. The over the stove light is very good, and the two speed fan works well. Only compliant is that is is noisy.

Works fine but the panel design is not as convenient as my old Warmore. This one needs more presses if you do not want take whole minutes and you have to find the tiny Cook Time button first.

GE - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless Steel works great, profile is small but of good size, vent vacuum and lighting options work great. Food does not get overheated like other microwaves I've used in the past. Definitely recommend this product.

Very easy installation instructions and it was a perfect replacement for the older model.

We replaced an HotPoint microwave with this GE model and very impressed. Installation was easy and the controls are self explanatory. It is well worth the money.

It's nice. It has most of the features I wanted but missed a few. The door, at times, doesn't close all the way. But I would repurchase it if I had to.

We bought this to replace an older GE over the cooktop that had finally died. Got the one that had been opened, but was rated excellent. And it was. Looks lke brand new to us. Very happy Only complaint would be that GE changed the back plate that it mounts on for who know what reason, as well as the screw holes that go thru the cabinet above it. Made for extra work at installation, and cannot imagine why they would do that. But anyway, it was in great condition and is working just fine. I wouldn't hesitate to get anything at Best Buy that is Open Box Excellent. Saved significant money and it looks and works like brand new

I purchased this to replace a broken microwave. It came with the back plate which makes the install easy, and also hold it in place. It came with almost everything needed. The only thing I needed to get extra was a tape to stick the exhaust to the existing exhaust outlet.

Simplicity at its best. Easy to use and very powerful. Easy to clean up also. Gotta love my GE microwave.

This is a replacement for my 15+ years over the range GE microwave, the newer version has some nice upgrades. In my opinion a good value for a fair cost.

Starting with the sales rep and ending with the installation my experience was way above my expectations. So happy I purchased my microwave at Best Buy.

We are super happy with this microwave. We installed it ourselves, and it was moderately difficult. The hardest part was marking the drill holes with the template. I had to cut the edges off the template to make it more accurate lining it up against the bottom of the cabinet to drill holes. We also had to take out the fan unit and put it back into the cabinet facing forward to vent it forward through the carbon filter. It comes in the box ready for venting up into a duct, but we don't have a duct. It was really hard to remove the plastic piece at the front and install the carbon filter. I can't imagine how I'll do that again to replace the filter with it up on the wall. Otherwise it works great and looks really good.
