    Very pleased with our new GE Microwave. Other store told me I wouldn't be able to find a white over the stove microwave. Best Buy salesperson was very accommodating and immediately found what I needed and arranged installation. VERY pleased with the installation person. Highly recommend the product and installation person.

    We were doing a kitchen remodel and wanted a new microwave. This microwave is much better than the old one. Best Buy shipping was really good via UPS. No waiting for a 4 hour delivery window.

    The guys who delivered and installed our microwave were great. Also they were able to accommodate the delivery time for us. We were required to change the original install time due to a funeral.....the guys were willing to change. We appreciate this so much.....Thank you!

    One thing to note is that the previous model does not match this models mounting holes but other than that it was a very easy install and works as expected.

    I only purchased this one to replace same for ease of installation. There are some differences between the old one & the new one, alarm sound for end of cycle is barely heard, display of time is poor. It was bought when it wasn't on sale paying $254! but it does what I need but still prefer my old one!
