    It works so far. Put this model in a rental unit 5 years ago and it's now blowing the internal fuse every couple of months so I replaced it with the same model for mounting/installation convenience (get to use the existing h/w and holes.).

    We had our eye on this one for a while. Top rated by Consumer Reports, and well-deserved. So quiet compared to our last model and the design is very sleek.

    Replaced a Samsung microwave that only lasted 2 1/2 years, very disappointing:-( Note:- Unit was only used by two adults, not a family of nine! Decided to purchase the GE product, based on info from sales person. His comment, "GE invented the Microwave". I guess time will tell. So far everything is working fine. Be aware, front see through panel is white, not black as shown in photo.

    I am proactively writing this ...they have NOT asked for my review. I actually couldn't believe how smooth and well my purchase/install experience went! From the in store purchase to text/e-mail install notifications ...to the actual install by George ...nothing... ABSOLUTELY nothing went wrong!!!!.....
