Aftyer about 20 years my son's GE Microwave finally gave up. With other priority items they put off replacing the microwave till after Christmas. That gave me the idea to replace their microwave with a new one in time for the Holiday Season. We live over 900 miles apart so after consulting with my son he said he would install it himself if he could use the same predrilled holes as the old one. Over the internet we discovered the Best Buy had the GE model that fit that requirement. It was then easy for me to buy it in Fargo and have him pick it up in Norman, OK. The installation and use have been completed and the whole family is very happy with the new microwave.

Best Buy is the BEST BUY! Customer service really is customer service; I was in good hands and was HELPED from the minute I entered the store. As I entered the store I was directed to the product I was looking for and within minutes a sales person met me and assisted me with my purchase AND saved me $100.00. After my experience at Best Buy I returned my IPad at a different store and I’m now going to Best Buy for an IPad. Thank you BEST BUY,

Needed to replace my over the oven microwave. Found this one on sale and in stock just what I needed. General Electric can’t go wrong.

Extremely quiet and easy to install. Definitely needed two people to hold up and put in but if you've put one in before, you'd know. So far so good, works great and has a lot of options. I do wish it has the codes for reheat posted but it's. Qr code.

Looks great and is rather easy to install. Easy to use and performs well. Fan is very quiet. The downlight really illuminates the cooking surface below. The only concern is that the door fit and latch seem flimsy (no problems, however.)

I had what looked like the identical MW and suddenly it stopped working or the heating element died. But as it was old and looked built in. This one is so close to being the identical one, so many years later and I am loving it. It has the features I got used to and a couple of welcome upgrades in a couple. Great product

So far so good. Fairly easy install. It was to replace an existing range microwave so the new braxket just went in place of the old one. I did have to open the anchor holes a bit more because the microwave was a couple centimeters bigger other than that it’s working beautifully

Its a microwave it microwaves likea new microwave would wonderfully, help at the store was timely and knowledgeable, one wouldnt think there would be such a thing as a microwave expert but at best buy they know their stuff, glad to see a company that cares enough about their customers to take care of their employees.

Replaced a LG that had a broken door. Was only $50 to replace the entire oven so here we are. This one used all the same mounting points so it was a drop in replacement. Even the fan was installed from the factory for recirculating mode. The old one was out and this one was in <30 minutes. As far as operation goes, all good. I like that many of the numbers are quick start buttons as my family often just throws something in and hit 1 or 2 to warm stuff up. Overall a good buy and recommended.

I bought this because the dimensions are relatively small for 1.6 cubic ft unit and I despise microwaves that hang below the cabinets or stick out 6 inches in front of the surrounding cabinets. I was replacing a GE Profile from the mid-90s and it fit into the existing cabinet cutout perfectly - does not protrude below the cabinets, and the depth expanding out in front of the cabinets is minimal - only a couple inches. I installed with the recirculating fan option as we do not have exterior vent ducting. Usually microwave fans have 2 speeds - loud, and just as loud but moving less air. On this GE the low fan speed is much quieter than the high speed, which is rare and appreciated. My only complaints are that the worksurface light could be a bit brighter, and the buttons sometimes require more pressure than expected. Overall, it does everything I need it to, nothing I don't, and has held up fine for 6+ months now. Would recommend to anyone who isn't looking for bells and whistles.

Did the job at a greta and affordable price. The brand itself is well established and for good reason this microwave looks greta without breaking the budget fir the kitchen remodel.

Microwave was easy to install and runs quietly. It has many options compared to our old GE microwave which lasted for 12 years. The only issues is the buttons are hard to see when the room is dark.

Great Microwave for this price range. It looks beautiful, very well made. Installation and mounting were mostly simple and by the manual. Very easy to clean. Love it!
