For an inexpensive unit, quality is very good. Installers from the GEEK squad were excellent and very clean.

Small things perhaps but the surface lighting and especially the FAN are awesome. We’re still learning to use all the programming. But so far we are delighted with our purchase. AND my husband installed it fairly easily.

This was a replacement installation (replacing an earlier GE uWave), so there was no need to drill new holes for mounting, mated up perfectly to original mounting bracket. All around - a very good experience

Didn't want a convection oven, simple but clunky looking, same as the old one it replaced. It works, the installation was smooth. We'll see how long it survives in my kitchen!

It is excellent for the money and has all the features I need. Only one thing I wish this microwave should have is "backlit keypad".

The vent stays running no matter if you’re defrosting or heating up food. The temp could be at high settings and yet what normally would take 1 minute on my last one takes an additional 30 seconds to minute extra. Not very happy with this item and could have purchased a 50 dollar one that would have done a better job at what it was intended to do.

Great microwave for the price
