My 2.0 GE Profile Microwave of 12 years died earlier this fall and my children bought this for me as a replacement unit for Christmas. It is a very nice microwave--just missing a few of the bells and whistles of the Profile model.

There aren’t many white appliances on the market, so we were happy to find this one at Best Buy - on sale no less! Easy over the range install & the microwave serves it’s purpose.

The original was 10 yrs old , but wasn’t properly vented upon installation. The fan motor went bad. I’m hoping this one lasts longer. It cost me a lot to have it installed.

On paper, this is a great Microwave. In reality GE quality and customer service is HORRIBLE. Our GE microwave was dead on arrival (DOA) right out of the box and GE wouldn't exchange it for a new one. So we had to wait SIX WEEKS for a replacement control board and two visits from a service tech to fix it. Once it was diagnosed, I searched Google for "control board failure GE Microwave" and the search was littered with people who had the identical issue. GE customer relations was abysmal, apathetic and SLOW.
I will NEVER purchase another GE product. I will however purchase again from Best Buy. They were helpful and supportive in getting the defective unit serviced.

Good product but horrible delivery and installatio

Delivery was planned for 8-12. Called 8 times for status and never received a canal back. Finally deliver 7:00 pm. No explanation and installers only wanted to get in and go home. Most horrible experience I've ever had.

I bought the floor model because it was $100 less. It had a small dent on the side, but who cares? Once installed, you can't tell. Microwave works good. Display is a little hard to see due to glare.
