Love the easy one touch button's. 1-5 min. So if you want 3 min just press 3 and so on. Gave a 4 out of 5 only because of the tin sound when the door is opened and closed, could be made better.

Good product with good features without going overboard. Like the speed cook feature and 2 stage surface light. Controls could be arranged in a more sequence oriented way. Takes getting used to after years of using other models.

A replacement unit for our 15 year old microwave. It's essentially the same machine as the old one with some slight up to date tweaks and it's stainless steel rather than white which gives our kitchen an updated look as well. Very happy!

I got this microwave on an open box deal. I love it! The slate color is beautiful too. I have priced it other places and got a fantastic deal here. It isn't as high a wattage as my other one but thats not a problem - just be aware of the wattage if you buy one.

This was purchased to replace our old GE over the ook-top microwave which was 42 inches wide. Because it is only 36' wide we got the extension panels, The installer disn't seem to want to install the side panels.

2 strongmen came in with unit, removed the old, then quickly installed the new. Was amazed to see one young man take out a magic cloth and shine the piece then continue to shine up the refer/freezer and the dishwasher for added shine. Much appreciated

Highly satisfied with the purchase of my GE microwave. Very easy to install and I'm finding it easy to adjust to the new front panel. I do agree with others that the overhead light is too far in back and doesn't offer much light at all on cooktop stove.

Picked GE microwave because it replaced our old 13 year old GE unit and installation was simple as wall support bracket was identical to old part and saved us time . Smart Product design by GE

I'm happy with the function of the microwave. It is stylish and not too hard to install. I was replacing a 20 yr. old GE microwave. I only hope to get similar service out of this GE appliance.

We had a good experience at Best Buy. They had a large selection of microwaves to choose from. The GE we bought is working excellently and it has more power than our old model.

This was delivered quickly, efficiently and once it arrived was just what we expected. I would highly recommend this microwave it replaced a Samsung that only lasted 17 months. They make great T.V.'s but terrible microwaves.

We had a similar microwave but an older model prior to purchasing this. We bought this because the old microwave that we had for 10 years broke down. Heating is very good. The food comes out hot if you just put it in one minute quick setting. The problem is the noise when we are using the vent. My girls complain that it's too loud. Also, the light underneath the microwave stopped working last week. I rated the quality low because the light stopped working and it's not even over a month yet from the time we bought it.

Got this as an open box. Easy to install to upgrade my old microwave. Slate finish looks great but GE adds too much to the price just for a different finish in my opinion.
